Biography
Planetary geologist specialized in planetary tectonics and cartography. Works mainly on Mercury for the ESA/JAXA BepiColombo mission as Co-I of the SIMBIO-SYS instrument. VG studies also the icy satellites of Jupiter in view of the future ESA JUICE mission as associated scientist of the JANUS camera.
